Ascension is a healthcare organization dedicated to transformation through innovation across the continuum of care.
I collaborated closely with office and operating room schedulers to redefine and streamline the surgical scheduling process. I facilitated innovative solutions, experience design, and strategic initiatives to empower healthcare professionals and enhance operational efficiency. I worked cross-functionally with teams of designers, engineers, and business analysts to improve the scheduling experience for clinical staff.
